SECTION 01
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of all wagering services provided by Beastbet.co. By registering an account or placing any wager, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
Beastbet.co is operated by Betting Services Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 21 649 987 735). We are licensed in New South Wales under License No.: 4887/2024/WB. To participate, you must be at least 18, a verified Australian resident, and satisfy all identity verification requirements.
SECTION 02
Account
The record kept and managed by Beastbet.co for an individual user, detailing wagers placed, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional credits.
Account Holder
A natural person who has registered an account with Beastbet.co and whose registration has been accepted.
Platform
The mobile applications, websites, and digital interfaces through which Beastbet.co offers its wagering services.
Wager
A bet or stake placed on the outcome of a sporting event, racing event, or other contingency offered by Beastbet.co.
Customer
An authorized user who accesses and utilises the Beastbet.co wagering services.
Deposit
The transfer of funds into a customer's wagering account via an approved, legal payment method.
Withdrawal
The process of transferring settled real-money funds from a wagering account to a verified personal bank account.
Operator
Betting Services Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 21 649 987 735), licensed and regulated in New South Wales, Australia.
Regulatory Authority
The Liquor & Gaming NSW, which oversees compliant wagering operations.
BetStop
Australia's National Self-Exclusion Register for licensed online and phone wagering services.
Settlement
The final determination of the outcome of a wager and subsequent adjustment of the Account balance.
Bonus
Any promotional credit, free bet, or matching incentive granted to a user under specific promotional rules.
SECTION 03
3.1 Binding Agreement. Use of our platform constitutes a legally binding agreement between you and Betting Services Australia Pty Ltd. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must cease using our services immediately and request closure of your account.
3.2 Right to Amend. Beastbet.co may amend or update these Terms and Conditions from time to time, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to Customers where required.
3.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions, subject to applicable law.
3.4 Governing Law. This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. All disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
3.5 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining terms.
SECTION 04
4.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age to access our platform, open an account, or place a wager.
4.2 Geographic Restriction. Our betting services are restricted to residents of Australia physically located within the country at the time of access.
4.3 BetStop Exclusions. Individuals registered on the National Self-Exclusion Register (BetStop) are strictly prohibited from creating an account or placing a wager.
4.4 Account Accuracy. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing fraudulent details constitutes a serious breach.
4.5 One Account Limit. Only one Account is permitted per individual. Multiple Accounts registered by the same individual are prohibited. Accounts associated with the same household, device, payment method, or IP address may be subject to additional verification where necessary to prevent fraud, duplicate accounts, or promotional abuse.
4.6 Right to Refuse. Beastbet.co may refuse an application for account registration where permitted by applicable law, regulatory requirements, our eligibility criteria, or our risk and compliance procedures.
4.7 Customer-Initiated Account Closure. A Customer may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting Customer Support. Account closure remains subject to the settlement of pending wagers, completion of required identity or compliance checks, and withdrawal or lawful treatment of any remaining Account balance.
SECTION 05
5.1 AML/CTF Compliance. In accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth), we are legally required to verify the identity of all account holders.
5.2 Required Documentation. Verification may require primary and secondary documentation including an Australian Driver's Licence, Passport, Medicare Card, or Utility Bills.
5.3 Electronic Verification. By accepting these terms, you authorise Beastbet.co to conduct electronic verification using third-party verification agencies.
5.4 Suspension on Failure. If we are unable to verify your identity within the period required by applicable law or regulatory requirements, your Account may be restricted or suspended until verification is completed.
5.5 Supplementary Documentation. We reserve the right to request notarised physical documentation if electronic methods yield inconclusive verification results.
SECTION 06
6.1 Payment Methods. Deposits are accepted only via verified Australian debit cards, electronic funds transfers (EFT), or other payment methods specifically approved by Beastbet.co.
6.2 Credit Cards Prohibited. Consistent with national Australian legislation, credit cards are strictly prohibited for online wagering. No deposits from credit card instruments will be accepted.
6.3 Personal Account Names. The name on the payment method used must match the name of the verified Account Holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
6.4 Verified Withdrawals. Withdrawals will only be processed to a verified bank account in the same name as the verified Account Holder.
6.5 Processing Latency. Standard bank processing times apply to all deposits and withdrawals. Beastbet.co is not responsible for external banking network delays.
6.6 Source of Funds. We reserve the right to audit and temporarily freeze any account if deposit patterns generate reasonable suspicion of illicit activity.
6.7 Voluntary Limits. Customers can define daily, weekly, or monthly voluntary deposit limits via the Account settings at any time to manage wagering spend.
SECTION 07
7.1 Local Territorial Compliance. Access to our wagering platform outside the borders of Australia is strictly prohibited. It is the customer's responsibility to understand local laws.
7.2 Prohibited Countries. Accessing Beastbet.co wagering pools from international jurisdictions is an unlawful breach of this agreement and subject to immediate permanent account closure.
7.3 Voiding Wagers. Wagers identified as placed from international locations using VPNs, proxies, or alternate geo-location masking will be voided.
SECTION 08
8.1 Zero Tolerance Policy. Beastbet.co maintains a strict zero-tolerance approach toward fraud, match-fixing, insider trading, syndicate wagering, and coordinated price manipulation.
8.2 Account Investigation. We may temporarily restrict an Account and suspend withdrawals while investigating suspected fraudulent or unlawful activity, where reasonably necessary and permitted by applicable law.
8.3 Voiding Wagers. Any wager deemed by our integrity team to have been placed on manipulated markets, collusive events, or coordinated systems will be voided.
8.4 Regulatory Reporting. Validated cases of wagering fraud, identity theft, or system abuse will be reported to the Australian Federal Police and corresponding regulatory bodies.
SECTION 09
Disputes
9.1
In the event of a dispute or query regarding settled bet outcomes, transaction histories, or other account activity, please contact our Customer Support team first.
9.2
If a dispute cannot be resolved directly with Beastbet.co, customers have the right to lodge a formal complaint with the applicable regulatory authority.
9.3
We will utilise all reasonable endeavours and transaction logs to resolve every dispute fairly, transparently, and in accordance with official rules.
SECTION 10
Our Reserved Rights
10.1
We may suspend, restrict, or close a Customer Account where permitted under these Terms, where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, responsible gambling, or other legitimate operational reasons, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.
10.2
We reserve the right to limit, refuse, or reject any wager or part of a wager before it is accepted in our systems.
10.3
Odds, prices, and markets are dynamic and subject to variation up to the moment a wager is formally confirmed.
10.4
We reserve the right to declare any wager void if it was accepted in obvious error or during system malfunctions.
SECTION 11
Assignment
11.1
Beastbet.co may assign, transfer, or delegate any or all of its rights, benefits, and obligations under these Terms to any approved third party without consent.
11.2
Customers do not have the right to assign, transfer, license, or charge their Beastbet.co account, credentials, or funds to any other individual or entity.
SECTION 12
Responsible Gambling12.1
Beastbet.co is fully committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide a suite of self-management tools including deposit limits, spend limits, activity statements, time-outs, and self-exclusion options.
12.2
We strongly encourage all customers to set appropriate boundaries and limits before placing their first wager.
12.3

Intellectual Property Rights
14.1

No part of our Platform may be reproduced, reverse-engineered, scraped, or utilised for commercial purposes without our express written authorisation.

Our Platform may contain links or integrated content connected to third-party providers, statistical databases, or reference sites.
15.2
Beastbet.co is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any third-party content or products.
15.3
Interactions with third-party links are governed entirely by their respective terms of service.
SECTION 16
IT Failures
16.1
Beastbet.co will not be liable for system outages, connectivity failures, data losses, or software malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
16.2
In the event of a system failure during active market events, we will make all reasonable efforts to restore services and resolve outstanding wagers equitably.
SECTION 17
Australian Consumer Law
17.1
Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes, or modifies any consumer guarantees or rights that cannot be lawfully excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
17.2
Where liability may lawfully be limited, Beastbet.co's liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and, where appropriate, to the re-supply of the relevant services or the reasonable cost of having those services supplied again.
SECTION 18 · Customer Responsibilities
18.1
Account Holders must maintain complete confidentiality of their account password, pin, and login credentials.
18.2
You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access or breach of security.
18.3
You are solely responsible for all activity, deposits, and wagers executed through your Beastbet.co account.
18.4
Keep your contact information, email, and mobile details accurate and up to date at all times.
SECTION 19 · Funds Protection
19.1
In compliance with applicable regulatory conditions, customer funds are held in a segregated bank account separate from our operational accounts.
19.2
We maintain adequate and fully audited financial reserves to ensure the complete settlement of all successful Customer wagers.
SECTION 20 · Promotions and Inducements
20.1
All promotional offers, bonuses, and free bet incentives are governed by their own specific terms and conditions.
20.2
Promotions are executed in full compliance with applicable wagering rules and national betting frameworks.
20.3
Certain promotions may not be available to residents of all Australian states or territories due to regulatory restrictions.
20.4
Eligibility. Promotional offers may be subject to specific eligibility requirements, including age, residency, account verification status, geographic location, and any other conditions stated in the applicable promotional terms.
20.5
Specific Promotional Terms. Each promotion may be subject to additional terms, including eligibility criteria, qualifying wager requirements, minimum or maximum stake requirements, eligible markets, expiry dates, and withdrawal conditions. Where specific promotional terms apply, they must be read together with these Terms and Conditions.
20.6
One Promotion per Customer. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotional terms, promotional benefits are limited to one eligible Customer and may not be transferred, exchanged, sold, or combined with another offer.
20.7
Promotion Abuse. Beastbet.co may withhold or withdraw a promotional benefit where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, duplicate accounts, collusion, manipulation, or other misuse of a promotion, subject to applicable law.
20.8
Modification or Withdrawal. Beastbet.co may amend, suspend, or withdraw a promotion in accordance with its specific promotional terms and applicable regulatory requirements. Any accrued Customer rights will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law and the terms of the relevant promotion.
SECTION 21 · Racing and Sporting Integrity
21.1
Beastbet.co fully supports professional integrity in sports and racing, and actively cooperates with all national and state sporting bodies.
21.2
Any suspicious wagering activity or patterns will be investigated and reported to relevant integrity agencies.
21.3
Wagers determined to be undermining the integrity of any sporting event or racing match may be declared void at our discretion.
SECTION 22 · Settlement Rules
22.1
All wagers are resolved and settled in accordance with the official, final results announced by the relevant governing sporting body.
22.2
Dead heat rules apply where multiple competitors achieve an identical placing, as set out in the applicable settlement rules.
22.3
Wagers on abandoned or postponed events will be handled in accordance with the specific event rules of the matching sport.
SECTION 23 · Taxation
23.1
All Point of Consumption Taxes (POCT) and state-mandated sports levies are paid directly by Beastbet.co.
23.2
Customers are solely responsible for any personal taxation liabilities, declarations, or obligations arising from their wagering wins.
SECTION 24 · Privacy and Data Protection
24.1
Customer data is handled with the highest standards of security, in full compliance with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

SECTION 25 · Warranties and Limitation of Liability
25.1
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will publish updates on our Platform.
25.2
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beastbet.co excludes all liability for any indirect, special, or consequential damages.
25.3
Subject to any rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, any limitation of Beastbet.co's liability under these Terms will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
